team technical redline reviews
Is "paperless"
a distant dream for your office?
Are you losing productivity on
team technical reviews by:
- using high-salaried employees to manually transfer red marks and comments from paper to electronic document?
- limiting the number of reviewers because of reluctance to purchase $450 Acrobat Pro licenses just to redline PDFs?
Save money and increase productivity: bring paperless technical reviews to your office using Mark^Up Tools.
Easily redline engineering and architectural
CAD drawings using zoom and grid features for detailed marking.
Use visuals with your field construction progress reviews by adding marks and
trackable comments to photos.
Each reviewer gets his own marking layer that can be hidden if marks become too dense.
Review comments can be displayed in a printable report or exported in a CSV file for import into a comment tracking database or spreadsheet.
After a simultaneous review of the same document, marked layers in other Mark^Up Tools files can be consolidated by importing into a common file. This also means libraries of commonly used marks can be saved and reused when desired.
Review markup documents can be saved by Mark^Up Tools as PDF or XPS files. XPS files are viewable in Internet Explorer on all Windows 7, Vista and XP machines. XPS files can also be viewed in other browsers such as Firefox and Safari, and on other platforms such as Apple and Linux using third-party browser add-ins.
